Yoga for The Circle

Thank you to those who joined us for a special “Get Up and Stand Up for Your Rights” yoga practice.

All funds raised will be supporting Women & Girls Solidarity Fund to support marginalised women and girls who find themselves in desperate circumstances during the COVID-19 crisis.

The class was for all levels including complete beginners and we saw some new faces join us for a Sunday morning stretch. Our practitioner focused on a method called LYT Yoga, which has been developed by Physical Therapist Lara Heimann and focusses on smart alignment, functional movement, and spiritual wellness.
