Open Circle: How to Create Successful Online Events Workshop
The Oxford Circle, in partnership with The Media Circle, held a workshop on how to create successful online events that people want to come to! Hosted by Event Producer and member of The Circle, Amy Johnson of Amy Meadows Events.
Topics covered included:
– The benefits of taking events online (I promise there are some!)
– Platforms to use
– How to ensure that there is demand for what you are creating
– Visualising your guest journey
– How to promote your events in an authentic way
– Zoom tips and tricks
Whether you are planning a Zoom birthday party, or have the task of taking all your IRL events online for your business, charity or organisation, this workshop aimed to show attendees the next steps and how to plan and execute their first online event with confidence.
All money raised through ticket sales will go directly to The Circle’s Women and Girls Solidarity fund, an appeal set up to support women who have been disproportionately affected by the COVID-19 crisis.
