Active Bystander Training
Our members held an event offering an award-winning Active Bystander training programme with the aim to empower attendees to challenge poor behaviours which have become normalised in our workplaces and in our communities and bring about change through the reinforcement of messages defining the boundaries of unacceptable behaviour. Scott Solder, an advanced communications skills expert facilitated the session and educated us on the different ways to respond to poor behaviour. By working together we can create a safe and supportive environment for all.
